Bulgur is an edible cereal grain made from dried, cracked wheat. It contains a variety of vitamins and minerals, as well as a substantial amount of fiber. It is a fine type of bulgur which takes its colour from the wheat property. Thanks to its fine structure and dark colour, it is preferred in making steak tartar.
