BARABU Fine Bulgur 1kg
Bulgur is an edible cereal grain made from dried, cracked wheat. It contains a variety of vitamins and minerals, as well as a substantial amount of fiber. It can substitute for rice or pasta and can be used with salad or soup.
How to cook it:Add 2 parts water to 1 part bulgur in a pot, and bring it to a boil. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, or until tender. Drain, if necessary.
