About Shipping Charges

■Delivery date and time
We will ship within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the date of order. In case of delay, we will notify you by e-mail or other means.
You can choose the delivery time from the following time slots.

We recommend that you do not specify the time of delivery if you wish to have your order delivered on the earliest possible date.
If you specify a specific time, the delivery time will take priority and the delivery date may be delayed by one day.
Ice cream will only be shipped by Yamato Transport.
■Free shipping for orders of ¥10,000 (excluding tax) or more.
However, an additional ¥600 (excluding tax) will be charged for orders of frozen or refrigerated items.
■Orders less than 10,000 yen (excluding tax)
900 yen (excluding tax) for room temperature items only
When frozen/refrigerated items are included: 1,500 yen (excluding tax)
Our products include room temperature, refrigerated, and frozen items. If you order room temperature and refrigerated items at the same time, they will be shipped in two packages (shipping charges for two packages will be applied).
Shipping fees will be charged separately for delivery to Okinawa, remote islands, and Hokkaido.We will contact you to correct the shipping charges after the order is placed and payment is made. Please note that the payment amount will also be changed to an amount that includes shipping charges.
■Cash on Delivery Fee
A cash on delivery fee will be charged separately when using COD.
COD fee is
330 yen for orders less than 10,000 yen
Less than 30,000 yen: 440 yen
From 100,000 yen to 300,000 yen: 1,100 yen
■Credit Cards
Payment by credit card, online bank, or electronic money is made through the credit card payment agency Epsilon Corporation’s payment agency system. After placing an order, you will be redirected to the Epsilon payment page to complete payment.
In order to ensure safe and secure payment, customer information is transmitted via the Epsilon site using SSL (128-bit) encrypted communication, and credit card information is not retained by this site but is strictly managed by the company.
Epsilon will provide you with the payment slip number for convenience store payments.
■Cash on Delivery (Yamato Transport and Sagawa Express)
（Cash on Delivery (COD) is a method of payment in which cash is paid to the delivery driver upon receipt of the merchandise.
(Cash on Delivery is a method of paying cash to the delivery driver when you pick up your order.
Please note that a cash-on-delivery fee will be added to your order.
We will contact you with the amount of your order.
If you are in a hurry, we recommend that you choose credit card or Amazon pay as your payment method.
If you are in a hurry, we recommend you to pay by credit card or Amazon pay.
